Terms of Service

Version 10. Effective Date: 2026-10-01

1. Acceptance of Terms

If your school or district has a written agreement with us, that agreement comes first for student data. Where ReviSports has entered into a data protection agreement, student data privacy agreement, or equivalent contract with an educational institution or district, that agreement governs our handling of student data and education records associated with that institution, and it controls over anything in these Terms that would conflict with it. Nothing in these Terms grants us any right in education records beyond what that agreement permits, and no acceptance of these Terms by a coach, teacher, or other staff member enlarges those rights or substitutes for the institution's own authorization. These Terms continue to govern everything else about your use of the Platform and your account.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ReviSports Inc., a Utah corporation with its principal place of business (headquarters) in West Haven, Utah (“ReviSports,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your access to and use of the ReviSports platform, including our website at ReviSports.com, our mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

If you are a parent or guardian creating an account or a profile for a minor under the age of 18, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and the minor. You represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to consent on behalf of the minor.

2. Eligibility and Account Types

2.1 Age Requirements

The Platform is available to users of all ages, subject to the following requirements:

  • Adults (18+): May create their own account through self-registration or coach invitation.
  • Children under 13: cannot have an account on the Platform. A child under 13 takes part through a parent or guardian, who adds them as a profile managed entirely from the parent's own account. The child appears on the team roster and has stats, photos, and film like any other player, but has no login of their own and never signs in.
  • Teens (13-17): May create their own account through (a) a coach invitation sent to the teen directly, after which the teen accepts these Terms themselves, or (b) a coach invitation sent to a parent or legal guardian, who creates the teen's account. Where applicable state law requires parental consent for a teen at their age and state, the teen cannot finish signing up on their own, and their coach is asked to invite a guardian instead. See Section 3 for details and the published state-rules table at /legal/state-consent-rules for the current list.
2.2 Account Types
  • Adult Account: A standard user account for individuals ages 18 and older. Requires date of birth at registration.
  • Parent/Guardian Account: An adult account with the additional ability to create, manage, and control linked minor accounts and profiles.
  • Coach Account: An adult account with team management capabilities, including roster creation, parent invitations, game film upload, and team communication. Requires organization verification (school email or league administrator approval).
  • Child Profile (under 13): a roster profile for a child under 13, created and controlled entirely by a linked parent or guardian account. It is not a login: the child cannot sign in, post, comment, or message. The parent manages the profile, receives all team communication, and acts on the child's behalf from their own dashboard.
  • Teen Account (ages 13-17): An account for a teen, created either by the teen directly (in states without a higher parental-consent threshold) or by a parent or legal guardian (in states requiring parental consent at the teen's age). The teen accepts these Terms themselves at signup.

3. Child and Teen Accounts and Consent

3.1 Account Creation

A child is usually added through a coach invitation:

  1. A coach creates a team on the Platform and enters the roster, including parent email addresses.
  2. The Platform sends an invitation to each parent.
  3. The parent creates their own account (providing name, email, date of birth, state of residence, and password).
  4. The guardian accepts the invitation and sets the child's privacy settings.
  5. The child's profile starts with the settings described in Section 3.4: everything outside the team starts OFF, and the within-team starting settings depend on account type, age, and state of residence.

A guardian can also add a child from their own account, choosing one of their teams or entering a team code from the coach.

3.2 Consent Requirements by Age Tier
  • Children under 13: no account is created, so there is no child login to consent to. A guardian adds the child, or accepts a coach's invitation for them, and chooses their privacy settings. No government-issued identification is collected at any point.
  • Teens (13-17): The teen accepts these Terms themselves at signup and confirms participation via an email link. Federal law (COPPA) does not require parental consent for this age tier. Where applicable state law requires parental consent for the teen's age in their state of residence (see the published state-rules table at /legal/state-consent-rules), the teen cannot finish signing up on their own, and their coach is asked to invite a guardian instead.
3.3 Parent/Guardian-Managed Profiles (Children Under 13)

For children under 13, this is the only way to take part: there is no child account, and the parent/guardian's own account is the child's connection to the team. All team communications (announcements, schedule changes, game details) are delivered directly to the parent/guardian. The parent/guardian can view the child's highlights, stats, and team content from their own dashboard and post from their own account, under their own name. The child has no login and no account.

A child under 13 cannot be given their own login, and no parental consent setting changes that. When the child turns 13 they become eligible for their own account under the rules in Section 3.2, and the parental controls in Section 3.4 that require an account become available then.

3.4 Consent Controls

A set of independent consent controls governs a minor's Platform experience. Who controls them depends on the account type. On club and consumer (personal) accounts, the linked parent/guardian and the athlete themselves (from age 13) share ONE set of controls: either may change any setting at any time, the parent/guardian from the parent/guardian dashboard and the athlete from their own settings page (Settings > Privacy), the most recent change wins, and each is notified when the other changes something. On school accounts, the parent/guardian is authoritative and the student cannot override their choice. Enabling one control never enables any other, and changes take effect immediately.

What the settings start as. A new account's starting settings depend on account type, age, and state of residence, and they are applied once, when the account is created; a later change to these starting rules never reaches back and changes an existing account. For children under 13, only the name on the team roster starts ON (their own team sees it), and everything else starts OFF; whenever we do not have a date of birth, everything starts OFF. For teens 13-17 on a club or consumer account, the name-on-roster and name-with-stats controls (Team scope), private group chats, and commenting on other teams' shared content start ON; content sharing outside the team, every External-scope control, and direct messages still start OFF. For teens 13-17 on a school account, only the name-on-roster and name-with-stats controls (Team scope) start ON, and everything else starts OFF. In states whose law requires a known minor's settings to default to the most private available (currently Texas, Utah, Maryland, and California, read as written), every control for a 13-17 account except the name on the team roster starts OFF; if we cannot determine the state, we treat it the same way. Accounts for adults 18 and over start with the same set as a club/consumer teen, without the state restriction. Personalized advertising has its own state-by-state rules, described in the Privacy Policy.

Because a child under 13 has no account, the controls that govern what a child does for themselves (posting, commenting, group chat, direct messages) apply from age 13. The controls that govern how a child APPEARS (roster visibility, stats visibility, real name) apply at every age, including to a parent-managed profile.

The consent controls are:

Roster Visibility (Team)
Controls whether the child's real name appears on the team roster their teammates see. When OFF, the child appears as a jersey number and position only (e.g., "#12 QB"). There is no External scope: no public roster page exists. This control works even without a child account.
Stats Visibility (Team / External)
Controls whether the child's name appears alongside their performance statistics. Team: name shown on team stats pages. External: stats visible on the child's public profile and in search results. When OFF, stats display jersey number and position only.
Content Sharing (External)
Controls whether the child's posts, highlights, and photos can be shared outside the team and appear on their public-facing profile. Posting within the team is part of team membership and is not consent-gated. For children under 13, only the parent/guardian can share content beyond the team.
Real Name (External only)
Controls whether the child's real identity is visible outside the team. The child's real name is always visible within their own team. When OFF, the child appears under a display username in all external contexts. It starts OFF at every age, including on a parent-managed profile for a child under 13, and for a child under 13 only the parent/guardian can turn it on. At 18 the athlete is prompted, once, to choose whether to show their real name; nothing changes until they answer.
Comments (External)
Controls whether the child can comment on other teams' shared content (appearing under the display username unless the Real Name control is on). Commenting on the child's own team's posts is part of team membership and is not consent-gated. A child under 13 has no account and cannot comment anywhere.
Private Group Chats
Controls whether the child can send messages in private group chats (groups created outside any team's channels). Team chats and team announcements are part of team membership and are always available. When OFF, the child can still read a private group they are in but cannot send. Applies from age 13; a child under 13 has no account and is not in any chat.
Direct Messages (one setting, four values)
One setting with four values: Off (no direct messages at all), Team Only (direct messages with team members), Approved Contacts (external requests route to the parent/guardian for per-contact approval; the child never sees unapproved requests), and Open (direct messages from anyone, with parent/guardian dashboard visibility retained). A child under 13 has no account and cannot receive direct messages, and no setting changes that. See Section 6 for full details.

Scouting reports never show a child's name to another team's coaches: they show jersey number and position only, and no setting changes that.

All consent controls apply independently per feature, and any combination may be set. For example, Content Sharing may be on (so recruiters can see the child's highlights) while Real Name stays off (recruiters see the display username, not the child's real name) and Direct Messages stays at Off (recruiters cannot message the child directly).

3.5 One Child, One Set of Settings

A child's consent settings are a single record that follows the child, not any team. If a child plays on several teams, the same settings apply on every one of them, and a change made once applies everywhere immediately. There is no way to set them differently for different teams.

Coaches always see full player names regardless of consent settings, as this is necessary for team administration.

4. Display Username and Identity

Every minor account is assigned a display username used in all external-facing contexts (interactions outside the child's own team). The display username is chosen by the parent (for under 13) or the child with parental review (for ages 13-17).

4.1 Username Rules
  • Usernames must not contain the user's real name, school name, birth year, or other personally identifying information.
  • Usernames must comply with our content guidelines (no profanity, no offensive language, no impersonation of other users or public figures).
  • Usernames are unique across the Platform. Once claimed, a username cannot be used by another account, even if the original account is deactivated or transitioned.
  • ReviSports reserves the right to require a username change if a username violates these rules.
4.2 When Real Name Appears

A minor's real name appears only in contexts authorized by the parent:

  • Within the child's own team: real name is always visible to teammates, coaches, and team parents.
  • Outside the team: real name appears only if the Real Name control (Section 3.4) is on. Otherwise, the display username is shown.
4.3 Transition at Age 18

When a user turns 18 they become a legal adult. The Platform asks them, once, whether to show their real name outside their teams or keep the display username. Nothing changes until they answer, and the Real Name control remains theirs to change at any time afterward. Historical content keeps the attribution it was posted with. Fuller controls over historical minor-years content are planned and will be described in our Privacy Policy when they ship.

5. Content and Sharing Rules

5.1 Content Visibility

Content posted on the Platform has two visibility levels, determined at the time of posting:

  • Team Only: Visible only to members of the user's team roster (players, coaches, team parents). This is the default for all minor accounts.
  • Shared (Outside Team): Visible to the team AND to anyone following the team or the user from outside. This visibility level is available only to users whose Sharing toggle is enabled (or to coaches, who have full posting discretion).
5.2 Content Sharing by Age Tier
  • Under 13: the child has no account and cannot post anything themselves. Their parent or guardian posts from their own account, under their own name, and decides whether that content stays within the team or goes beyond it.
  • Ages 13-17 (Content Sharing off, the starting value for every new minor account): Same as under 13. Content stays within the team.
  • Ages 13-17 (Content Sharing on, switched on by the parent/guardian or, on a club/consumer account, by the teen themselves): The child can choose to share their own content to followers outside the team. Content shared outside the team appears on the child's public-facing profile.
  • Ages 18+: No restrictions on sharing.

Coaches: Full discretion to post team content as team-only or shared. Coach content is not subject to age-based sharing restrictions.

5.3 Comments

Users may comment on content they can see, subject to the following rules:

  • Under 13: the child has no account and cannot comment. A parent or guardian may comment from their own account, under their own name.
  • Ages 13-17: Can always comment on their own team's posts. Commenting on other teams' shared content requires the Comments control (Section 3.4) to be on. Comments are attributed to the display username unless the Real Name control is on.
  • All users: Comments are subject to content moderation, including automated filtering and community reporting. Comments that violate our community guidelines may be removed and may result in account action.
5.4 Prohibited Content

You may not post, upload, or share content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Exploits, harms, or attempts to exploit or harm minors in any way, including by exposing them to inappropriate content.
  • Infringes any trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property rights of any party.
  • Contains unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, spam, or any other form of solicitation.
  • Contains software viruses or any other code designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware.
  • Impersonates any person or entity, or falsely states or misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity.
  • Contains personally identifying information of another person without their consent (or their parent's consent, if a minor).
  • Promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred against any individual or group.
  • Violates any applicable law or regulation.

6. Messaging, Visibility, and Safety Monitoring

6.1 Messaging by Age Tier
  • Under 13: no messaging of any kind. The child has no account, so they are not in team chat, group chats, or direct messages, and no parental setting enables them. All team communication goes to the parent or guardian's account.
  • Ages 13-17: Direct messages are governed by the single Direct Messages setting (Section 3.4), which holds one of four values: Off (the starting value: no direct messages at all; team chat and team announcements remain available), Team Only (teammates, coaches, and team parents/guardians only), Approved Contacts (external requests route to the parent/guardian for per-contact approval; the child never sees unapproved requests), or Open (the child can receive direct messages from anyone; the parent/guardian retains full dashboard visibility). On a club or consumer account the parent/guardian or the teen themselves may move the setting; on a school account only the parent/guardian may.
  • Ages 18+: Full messaging capability with no restrictions.
6.2 DM Request Denial Flow (Approved Contacts)

When a parent/guardian denies a DM request under the Approved Contacts setting, the following process applies:

  • The requester receives a neutral redirect message: “This athlete's account settings don't currently allow messages from new contacts. To reach this athlete's family, you can contact their parent/guardian directly or reach out through their team's coaching staff.” The message does not reveal that the parent/guardian specifically reviewed and denied the request.
  • First denial: the requester may submit a new request after 30 days.
  • Second denial (same requester): the requester may submit a new request after 90 days.
  • Third denial (same requester): the requester is permanently blocked from contacting that athlete. The parent/guardian may unblock at any time through their dashboard.
6.3 Who Can Read Your Messages

Who can read a message depends on the kind of chat it is in and, for group and direct messages, on whether the organization is a school organization or a club/consumer organization:

  • Team Chat: the team-wide channel. Every member of the team and the staff of the organization that owns the team are enrolled in it, so anything you post there is visible to all of them. Team Chat is a group announcement space, not a private one.
  • Group chats and custom groups: visible to the people in the group. In a club or consumer organization, an organization owner, administrator, or staff member who is not in the group cannot read it.
  • Direct messages (one to one): visible to the two people in the conversation. In a club or consumer organization, organization owners, administrators, and staff cannot read them.
  • Parents and guardians: a parent or guardian of a minor can review the direct messages their child has sent, in the parent/guardian dashboard, and receives the safety alerts described in Section 6.5.
  • School organizations only: where a school or district provides ReviSports to its students, that school's designated officials (the school organization's owner or administrator, or its athletic director) may read group, custom, and direct messages within that school's scope without being a participant. This access does not extend to other schools, including other schools in the same district. It is read only: an official cannot send a message into a conversation they are not part of. Every time an official opens message content this way, ReviSports writes an audit record of who opened it, which conversation, and when. This oversight does not exist in club or consumer organizations.

When you create a group chat, the Platform tells you who will be able to read it before you create it.

6.4 Automated Safety Monitoring (All Chats, All Ages)

Every message sent on the Platform is screened automatically by artificial intelligence at the moment it is delivered. This applies to Team Chat, group chats, custom groups, and direct messages, and it applies to every account, including conversations in which everyone is an adult. By using the messaging features, you consent to this screening.

The screening is performed by software, not by people. Nobody at ReviSports reads your conversations as a matter of course. A person becomes involved only when the automated review identifies a specific incident, and then only the people listed in Section 6.5 are told about it.

How the review works:

  • A fast first-pass AI model reads each message on its own and decides only whether it needs a closer look.
  • Only if that first pass flags a message does a second, higher-context AI model read the conversation around it (up to twenty messages before and twenty after) and make the actual decision. Context routinely clears a first-pass flag: ordinary sports talk, competitive trash talk about a game or an opponent, and figures of speech are not safety concerns.
  • The excerpt sent to our AI provider is de-identified before it leaves ReviSports. Speakers appear as anonymous labels and only the text of the messages is included; names, usernames, account identifiers, and timestamps are not sent.
  • The automated review never deletes, hides, or blocks a message on its own.
  • Message content is never used for advertising, behavioral profiling, or content recommendations.

What each finding leads to:

  • No concern: nothing happens. Nothing is recorded about the message beyond the message itself, and nobody is notified. This is the outcome for the overwhelming majority of messages.
  • Profanity: the language filter warns you before you send. If you send anyway, the message is delivered and an alert goes to the people identified in Section 6.5. Profanity on its own is handled inside ReviSports and your organization; we do not escalate it beyond them.
  • Community-standards concern (bullying, harassment, hate, or sexual or demeaning content): ReviSports records the incident, including a copy of the message so that deleting or editing it afterward cannot erase what happened, and alerts the people identified in Section 6.5.
  • Serious safety concern (a credible threat of violence, an expression of intent to self-harm, sexual content involving a minor, or a pattern consistent with grooming): the same record and the same alert, marked as serious.
  • Reported by a participant: any user can report any message. A report goes through the same contextual AI review, and in this case the message can be hidden while a ReviSports moderator reviews it. Reports involving minors are prioritized, and the people identified in Section 6.5 are notified.
  • Illegal content: apparent child sexual abuse material is reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children as federal law requires, and we cooperate with law enforcement. See Section 7.

ReviSports handles minor policy violations internally, through moderation, a warning, or account action. Severe or harmful conduct is escalated to the accountable adult as described in Section 6.5.

6.5 Who Is Notified When a Message Is Flagged

When the automated review confirms a concern, the language filter is tripped, or someone in the conversation reports a message, exactly one of the following sets of people is notified. Which one depends on the organization and on the ages of the people in the conversation, including, for a report, the person who made it:

  • School organizations: the school's designated officials (owner, administrator, athletic director) are notified, and the school handles the matter under its own policies and its data privacy agreement with ReviSports.
  • Club or consumer organizations, when the conversation includes anyone under 18, or anyone whose age we cannot confirm: the parents or guardians of the minor involved are notified. In a direct message, the guardians on both sides are notified. If no parent or guardian is on file, the organization's owner and administrators are notified instead.
  • Club or consumer organizations, when every participant is confirmed to be 18 or older: only ReviSports' own staff are notified. Organization owners, administrators, and coaches are not, and no parent or guardian is involved. Adults in a private or semi-private conversation are not policed by their club: a ReviSports employee reviews the incident and decides whether anything is warranted, which may be writing to the people involved about the conduct, or taking no action at all. If we cannot confirm that every participant is an adult, we treat the conversation as including a minor and apply the rule above instead.

The person who wrote the message is never the one notified about it. If they are the only person who would have been, ReviSports' own staff are notified instead.

An alert names the sender and the conversation and carries a short copy of the message, so the adult who receives it can act on it even if the message is deleted seconds later. Alerts are delivered inside the Platform. Push notifications sent to your phone deliberately carry no names and no message content.

We may also go outside the Platform when someone is in danger. Separately from the notifications above, where we believe in good faith that a person is at risk of serious harm, we may contact law enforcement, child protective services, a school, or another appropriate authority directly. We may do so whether or not the law requires it, and we do not need permission from a parent, a guardian, or an organization first. Where telling them first could put someone at greater risk, we may act without telling them. Apparent child sexual abuse material is always reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, because federal law requires it.

7. Reporting and Safety

ReviSports is committed to maintaining a safe platform for all users, especially minors. The following safety features are available to all users:

  • Any user can report content or another user using the reporting feature available on all content and profile pages.
  • Reports involving minors are prioritized and escalated for expedited review.
  • ReviSports will investigate all reports and may take action including content removal, account warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent termination.
  • ReviSports reports all apparent child sexual abuse material (CSAM) to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by federal law.
  • ReviSports cooperates with law enforcement when required by law or when necessary to protect the safety of our users.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 ReviSports IP

The Platform, including its design, features, functionality, software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is owned by ReviSports Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

8.2 User Content License

By uploading, posting, or otherwise submitting content to the Platform (“User Content”), you grant ReviSports a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, display, perform, and create derivative works from your User Content for the following purposes:

  • Operating, maintaining, and providing the Platform and its features;
  • Developing, training, and improving machine learning, artificial intelligence, statistical modeling, data analytics, and any other computational, analytical, or predictive models or technologies, whether currently existing or developed in the future (collectively, “Modeling Technologies”);
  • Creating and distributing marketing, promotional, and advertising materials for the Platform (subject to Section 8.4 regarding minor likeness);
  • Analyzing usage patterns and improving the user experience;
  • Any other purpose reasonably related to the operation, improvement, or promotion of the Platform.

This license is perpetual with respect to: (i) Modeling Technologies that have been developed using User Content prior to deletion, as trained models cannot practically remove previously processed data; (ii) marketing materials that have been published prior to a deletion request; and (iii) User Content that has been shared with or copied by other users prior to deletion. For all other purposes, the license terminates when you delete the User Content or your account, subject to the data retention periods described in our Privacy Policy.

You retain all ownership rights in your User Content. ReviSports does not claim ownership of any User Content. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant this license and that your User Content does not violate the rights of any third party.

Model Optimizations and the unified engine. ReviSports operates a single, unified Modeling-Technologies engine across all of its tiers and markets, including youth, little-league, and high-school football. Content you upload helps train and improve that one shared engine, which means generalized patterns learned from one tier improve the analysis delivered to every tier. The mathematical outputs of this training (the model weights, parameters, and generalized algorithmic improvements, collectively “Model Optimizations”) are de-identified, contain no personal data, and cannot be used to reconstruct your User Content or identify any individual. You retain ownership of your User Content; ReviSports exclusively owns the Model Optimizations and the engine into which they are incorporated. Because teams routinely exchange scouting film, you may also appear in game film uploaded or shared by an opposing team, and that film is processed on the same basis.

This license is not subject to opt-out with respect to Modeling Technologies. By using the Platform, you consent to the use of your User Content for all purposes described above, including the development of Modeling Technologies.

For User Content posted by or involving minor users, this license is granted by the parent/guardian on behalf of the minor when they accept these Terms (Section 1).

8.3 Game Film and Athletic Content

Game film and athletic content uploaded by coaches is subject to the following additional terms:

  • The uploading coach represents that they have authorization from their school, league, or organization to upload and share the game film on the Platform.
  • Game film may contain images and video of players from opposing teams. By uploading game film, the coach represents that its use is consistent with the athletic context in which it was recorded.
  • Game film is a primary data source for the Platform's Modeling Technologies, including but not limited to player detection, play classification, formation recognition, and statistical analysis. By uploading game film, you grant ReviSports the right to use such content for the development and improvement of Modeling Technologies as described in Section 8.2.
  • Any player or parent/guardian may request removal of game film content featuring their child from the live Platform by contacting us at the address in Section 17. Removal from the live Platform does not affect Modeling Technologies previously developed using such content, nor does it affect archival copies retained pursuant to legal and compliance requirements as described in our Privacy Policy.
8.4 Marketing Use of Minor Likeness

ReviSports will not use identifiable images or video of a specific minor in marketing, promotional, or advertising materials without separate, explicit consent from the minor's parent/guardian. This consent is requested separately from the general content license described in Section 8.2 and may be granted or withheld independently.

General game film or content in which no individual minor is specifically identifiable (e.g., wide-angle field shots, crowd scenes, team group photos) may be used in marketing materials without individual consent.

Content flagged as created by a minor account is never used in marketing materials without explicit parental/guardian consent.

8.5 Copyright Complaints (DMCA)

ReviSports respects copyright and responds to notices of claimed infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. If you believe material on the Platform infringes a copyright you own or represent, send a notice to our designated copyright agent using the form at Report a concern (choose “Copyright infringement”) or in writing to the agent listed on our Copyright and DMCA page. Your notice must include everything 17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3) requires. We terminate repeat infringers, and a counter notice process is available if material is removed by mistake; both are described on the Copyright and DMCA page.

9. Advertising

The Platform displays advertising to support the free features of the service. Advertising on the Platform operates as follows:

  • Contextual advertising: Served to all users based on the content being viewed (sport, position, content type, etc.), not on the individual user. No personal information is used for contextual ad delivery.
  • Personalized advertising (behavioral targeting): Available to users 13 and older, subject to applicable law. Personalized advertising is ACTIVE BY DEFAULT for ages 13 to 17, with no opt-in required, and the user can switch it off at any time using the "Personalized advertising" control in their account Settings. Two exceptions, both applied automatically by state of residence. FIRST, where a state requires the user's own consent, the control starts switched OFF and personalized advertising begins only if that user switches it on themselves: this applies in CALIFORNIA at ages 13 to 15 under the California Privacy Rights Act, and in COLORADO, NEW YORK and TEXAS at ages 13 to 17. SECOND, in CONNECTICUT and MARYLAND, ages 13 to 17 receive no personalized advertising at all and the control is locked off, because those states restrict it outright rather than allowing a minor to consent. A parent or guardian can also switch personalized advertising off for a child they manage, from the parent/guardian dashboard. Advertising cookies for users under 13 are never loaded under any circumstances, and that cannot be switched on by anyone (see Privacy Policy, Section 8.2).
  • Restricted ad categories: Advertising for gambling, alcohol, tobacco, vaping, weight loss products, dietary supplements, financial products, political campaigns, dating services, and other age-inappropriate categories is prohibited on pages associated with minor accounts.

By using the Platform, you understand that advertising is a part of the service. You may not use ad-blocking technology to circumvent Platform advertising in a manner that violates these Terms.

10. Account Termination

10.1 By You

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. For parent/guardian accounts, deleting your account will also deactivate all linked minor accounts. For minor accounts, the parent or guardian may delete the minor's account at any time through the parent dashboard. Upon deletion, we will remove personal information within 48 hours, except where retention is required by law.

10.2 By ReviSports

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms or our community guidelines.
  • Conduct that is harmful, threatening, or abusive toward other users, especially minors.
  • Fraudulent activity, including misrepresenting your age, identity, or parental status.
  • Creating a minor account without proper parental authorization.
  • Attempting to contact minors through the Platform in a manner that circumvents parental controls.
  • Any activity that poses a safety risk to minor users.

If we terminate your account for violation of these Terms, we may retain information as necessary to prevent re-registration and to comply with legal obligations.

REVISPORTS DOES NOT ENDORSE, VERIFY, OR GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OF ANY USER CONTENT, INCLUDING ATHLETIC STATISTICS, HIGHLIGHT CLIPS, OR RECRUITING PROFILES. USERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR INDEPENDENTLY VERIFYING ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE PLATFORM.

REVISPORTS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDUCT OF ANY USER, WHETHER ONLINE OR OFFLINE. WHILE WE IMPLEMENT SAFETY MEASURES AND CONTENT MODERATION, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT ALL INTERACTIONS ON THE PLATFORM WILL BE SAFE OR APPROPRIATE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, REVISPORTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE PLATFORM; (C) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE PLATFORM; OR (D) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ReviSports, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with (a) your access to or use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property, privacy, or publicity right; or (d) any content you post on the Platform.

For parents and guardians: you agree to indemnify ReviSports against claims arising from your minor child's use of the Platform, including any content posted by the minor or any interactions conducted through the minor's account.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

ReviSports Inc. is incorporated in the State of Utah and maintains its headquarters in West Haven, Utah. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Weber County, Utah, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Before filing any legal claim, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at support [at] revisports.com. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days of the initial contact, either party may proceed with formal legal action.

15. General Provisions

  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the other provisions will remain in full force and effect.
  • Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
  • Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and ReviSports regarding the Platform and supersede all prior agreements.
  • Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
  • Notices: We may provide notices to you through the Platform, via email to the address associated with your account, or by other means. You are responsible for ensuring your contact information is current.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on the Platform and updating the “Effective Date” at the top. When we make material changes, we notify you by posting a notice on the Platform and, for changes affecting minor accounts, by sending an email to the parent or guardian on file. Where a change would materially expand how we collect, use, or disclose a minor's personal information, we obtain renewed parental consent before that change takes effect, as required by law. For changes that affect your legal rights, we may require you to review and accept the revised Terms before you can continue using the Platform. A change that corrects or clarifies our description of practices already in place takes effect when it is posted, because delaying an accurate description serves nobody. This matches Section 14 of our Privacy Policy, which governs our data practices.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and delete your account.
